At Jetty the Label, we are a small family owned and operated team. We ship all orders from our warehouse in Reno, NV. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted. Jetty the Label is not responsible for deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air or ground transportation delays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders will include an estimated delivery day.  If you're missing items or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 2 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.

 

When Will My Order Ship?

Please allow up to 5 business days (Monday - Friday) for orders to be processed before they ship.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DUE TO COVID-19 CARRIERS ARE STILL EXPERIENCING DELAYS. ACCORDINGLY, SHIPPING TIMES MAY TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED & ARE OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL.

 

All payments are processed and collected at the time of order placement, regardless of lead time or back order dates.

 

Due to the nature of our products, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges at this time.
